It is a simple technique....the photographer generally points the camera in night and clicks, as in fireworks photography....I made a jewellary, coincidentally, while keeping the shutter open for 4/6/8 seconds and pointing the camera at the light series we put up at home, temples, holy places and moving it in different directions. View image on LCD screen, and make more beautiful effects for enjoying with friends and if u do mastery, can send to photography magazines for publication.....just try and I am sure, u will exhilirate.
